Calligraphy Class

    All classes started today. Students have been divided into four groups, and there will be four-hour lecture every day, a heavy schedule. In the afternoon, all attended a calligraphy class, and after one hour of practise, many have produced a wonderful art work!

School Starts

    The first day of the school was packed with events one after the other. A placement test took the entire morning, and there were writing test, as well as an interview with instructors. In the afternoon, after a information section on IT machines, there were a short ceremony, and then a nice party with local teachers and students. Every one devoted to a formal speech, and intensive conversations, in Japanese!

Second Blog Entry

    We had the first weekend in Japan. After a big party on Saturday, many aimed different directions on Sunday, some to the Disney, some went to Yokohama. At the meanwhile, no one forgot the task of the Blog, and the second entry from all the groups have been updated on time. Enjoy the reading!

Campus Tour

    The study program started on Saturday. After a short orientation on various house keeping matters, students had a chance to meet their Conversation Partners in the first time. This is a wonderful system, that although we are new here, every one has a feeling that they already knew some one in the campus, and many conversations had started even before they arrived.

 

Day Tour Tokyo

    We enjoyed the first day in Tokyo by a fully packed tour. Our walks covered Meiji Shine, Shinjuku and Skytree. At the shine we observed a beautiful wedding ceremony and touch that very famous power-spot; at Shinjuku we escaped a heavy rain and had a good meal of “creative dishes”; and at the Skytree, the unexpected schedule gave us a chance of shopping. Most became extremely tired and the group separated to small ones in Shinjuku at past 7:00pm.
